Terms and Conditions

These terms govern your use of the Withstand app and services in the State of Qatar.

1. Introduction

Welcome to Withstand. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Withstand mobile application and related services (collectively, the 'Service') provided by Withstand Qatar LLC, a company registered in the State of Qatar. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. If you are using the Service on behalf of an entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity.

3. Account Registration

To place orders, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to update it as necessary.

4. Orders and Payment

All orders placed through the Service are subject to acceptance by the relevant restaurant. You agree to pay all charges incurred in connection with your order, including applicable taxes and fees. Payment will be processed through our third‑party payment processors (Apple Pay, QPAY, etc.). We reserve the right to cancel any order due to pricing errors, fraud, or other reasons.

5. Delivery Services (Snoonu)

Delivery services are provided by Snoonu, a third‑party delivery company operating in Qatar. When you choose delivery, your order will be fulfilled by Snoonu under their own terms and conditions. By selecting delivery, you acknowledge that Withstand acts solely as an intermediary and is not responsible for the actions, omissions, or performance of Snoonu. Any disputes related to delivery must be directed to Snoonu.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations are allowed only before the restaurant confirms the order. Once confirmed, cancellations are at the restaurant’s discretion. For catering services, a 50% deposit is required at booking; cancellations at least 24 hours prior to the event are fully refundable, while cancellations within 24 hours are non‑refundable.

7. Dine‑In and Table Service

When using dine‑in features, you agree to follow the restaurant’s policies. Split‑bill payments are processed separately; you are responsible only for the amount you authorise. Tables may be closed by staff at any time.

8. Reservations

Reservations are subject to restaurant availability. You may cancel or modify a reservation up to the restaurant’s cancellation window. No‑shows may be recorded and could affect your ability to make future reservations.

9. Catering Services

Catering bookings require a 50% deposit at the time of booking; the balance is due on the event day. You must provide accurate event details (date, time, location). Additional charges may apply for staff, equipment, or last‑minute changes.

10. Loyalty Program

Points and stamps earned through orders have no cash value and may be redeemed for rewards as described in the app. Points may expire after prolonged inactivity. We reserve the right to modify or terminate the loyalty program at any time.

11. User Conduct

You agree not to misuse the Service, interfere with its operation, or engage in fraudulent activities. You are solely responsible for your interactions with restaurants and other users.

12. Intellectual Property

All content in the app, including logos, text, graphics, and software, is owned by Withstand Qatar LLC or its licensors and is protected by Qatari and international intellectual property laws.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Qatari law, Withstand Qatar LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Qatar. Any dispute shall first be attempted to be resolved through amicable negotiations. If unresolved, the dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of Qatar.

15. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted in the app and will take effect immediately. Your continued use constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
